Strategic Expansion Executive
OLOID · USA wide, remote · Full time
OLOID is already inside Tyson Foods, PepsiCo, Flex, Honeywell and GE, and in most of them it runs in a fraction of the sites, regions and business units it could. This role changes that. It is not a territory job: you take OLOID’s most valuable relationships and grow them across the world, with your own number.
How we sell
We have built a modern selling motion and you will have the tech stack you would expect. This is an organisational sale, not just a technical one: you will multi thread across operations, security, IT, HR and the executive suite, in a MEDDPICC environment, on deals that often reach seven figures. You will have a designated BDR working alongside you, and you will lead and guide pre sales and post sales through every deal. We expect real partnership, and the success is shared across the whole team.
Why now
2027 is a big year. Revenue is up 600 percent since the Series A and we are going after seven figure enterprise deals. Microsoft retires SMS and voice MFA in Entra ID in February 2027, which pushes every enterprise toward exactly what we sell. Healthcare is the next big market, and Aura, our AI identity assurance agent, is already part of Workday’s Agent System of Record.
A lean team with real ownership
This is a lean commercial team reporting into our core executive team. You own your portfolio of accounts and your expansion number end to end, with real influence over how we grow its biggest customers.
Is this you?
It is not for the faint hearted. You will wear many hats, open doors across regions without a big account team behind you, and make calls without a playbook. If you have grown accounts in a high growth environment and bring a growth mindset, you will thrive here, at a genuinely exciting moment for the company.
Why OLOID
OLOID builds passwordless identity for frontline workers and shared devices: the nurse, the line worker, the store associate who moves between shared workstations all shift, often with no work smartphone. They sign in with a face, a badge tap or NFC, layered onto Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Ping Identity and the systems a company already runs. Tyson Foods, PepsiCo, GE, Takeda, Flex and Honeywell are customers, and we are backed by Dell Technologies Capital, Okta Ventures and Honeywell Ventures.
What you will do
- Own a named portfolio of OLOID’s largest global logos, with a revenue number for expansion across regions, plants and business units
- Build the C level relationships and board level business case that turn a regional deployment into a global standard
- Map every account properly, who decides, who influences, who blocks, and work all of them
- Bring executives, Sales Engineering and Solution Architecture in at the right moments, and work the channel where customers already buy
- Carry the relationship after signature: the renewal, the reference and the next expansion
What you bring
- Proven C level influence on expansion and revenue inside large multinational accounts. You can name the accounts and the numbers
- 10+ years of enterprise sales, a meaningful part in strategic or global account roles, ideally cybersecurity or identity
- High end commercial enterprise experience: organisational, multi threaded sales run under MEDDPICC, often into seven figures
- Cross functional experience leading and guiding pre sales and post sales, and working in partnership with a designated BDR
- A track record of growing accounts, not only landing them, and a real network
- Polished in front of a board, no ego, and happy to share the credit in a team sale
- Willing to travel internationally as the accounts need it
Great if you also have
Experience in frontline industries such as manufacturing, food and beverage, logistics or pharmaceuticals, and with VAR, SI or service provider channels.
Where you work
USA wide, remote.
Pay and the rest
Guideline base $140,000 to $160,000, $280,000 to $320,000 on target, uncapped against the role’s own expansion number, set on experience. Equity is part of every offer. You must be authorised to work in the US without employer visa sponsorship, now or in the future. OLOID is an equal opportunity employer.
Interview stages
- Intro call with our talent team. About 30 minutes on your background, your track record and what you are looking for.
- First interview with the hiring manager. How you sell, how you run a deal and how you partner with pre sales, post sales and your BDR.
- Deal walkthrough with commercial leadership. Take us through a deal you won, from first meeting to signature: how you qualified it, multi threaded the buying group and closed it.
- Final conversation with our executive team. Where you want to take your career, and how you would help build what comes next.
You will hear where you stand at every stage.
Come ready
Be confident in your past successes and ready to walk the team through them: the deals you won, the numbers you hit and how you got there. We will ask for specifics, so bring them.
