Overview
As a Professional Services Consultant at OLOID Inc., you will be vital in delivering exceptional customer outcomes. Collaborating closely with clients, you will deeply understand their unique needs to design, configure, and implement OLOID solutions that integrate seamlessly with their existing technology ecosystems. Your primary focus will be engaging with US-based Fortune 500 companies and their global subsidiaries.
Role and Responsibilities
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops to understand the client’s environment, pain points, and business objectives.
- Design, configure, and implement OLOID solutions, customizing them to align with customer needs and technical environments.
- Develop comprehensive Scope Definition Documents and Statements of Work (SoW) to outline deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Leverage best practices to ensure scalability, efficiency, and future-proofing of deployed solutions.
- Maintain technical program management oversight for large-scale deployments, ensuring project milestones are met within scope and timelines.
- Work with customers to define and track KPIs and success metrics, ensuring the deployed solution delivers measurable business value.
- Conduct periodic check-ins and post-implementation reviews to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to track project status and address any blockers effectively.
- Partner with product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of OLOID solutions into the customer’s technology ecosystem.
- Monitor adoption stats, performance metrics, and alerts to identify and resolve challenges proactively.
- Deliver product training, ongoing guidance, and oversight to the customer’s core team throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Starting your career from a development role, you should have 5+ years of experience in a professional services, implementation, or technical consulting role within an enterprise SaaS or IT services environment.
- Experience with US-based customers, particularly Fortune 500 companies.
- Basic understanding of API development and integration, including concepts like RESTful APIs, authentication methods (e.g., OAuth), and error handling.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams, understanding technical constraints, dependencies, and timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, professional writing and communication skills.
- Past experience in the Cyber Security / Identity Access Management domain, while not a must, will be useful.
- Ability to travel occasionally for on-site customer engagements, if required.
