As part of our next phase of growth, we are building a high-performance GTM engine focused on speed, clarity, and predictable growth. As we scale, alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales becomes critical. We are looking for a high-agency operator who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and can act as a catalyst across the revenue organization.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Revenue Acceleration Lead to help accelerate our revenue engine.
This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Your job is to help the company generate more pipeline, move deals faster, and improve how our GTM machine works.You will work closely with the Head of Revenue Operations and GTM leaders to turn ideas into structured programs and scalable systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building, experimenting, and solving messy operational problems.
Key Responsibilities
Drive Pipeline Across the Funnel
- Work with marketing and sales to improve the full enterprise pipeline lifecycle from Top of Funnel to the Bottom of Funnel.
- Help generate new pipeline, re-engage dormant opportunities, and support programs that move deals forward.
Run Rapid GTM Experiments
- Launch and measure experiments across outbound, campaigns, and other GTM motions.
- Identify what drives pipeline and revenue, double down on what works, and quickly stop what doesn’t.
Build Automation & Workflows
- Create automated workflows that improve prospecting, pipeline tracking, and GTM execution.
- Use modern no-code / low-code tools to streamline how signals and opportunities move across the GTM stack.
Improve Revenue Insights
- Analyze pipeline performance, conversion trends, and revenue metrics.
- Support leadership with data, reporting, and insights that improve decision-making and revenue predictability.
Qualifications
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Growth , Business Operations, GTM Strategy, or related roles
- Experience working cross-functionally in a SaaS or high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Experience working with automation or workflow tools (Good to have)
