About the Role

OLOID is looking for a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us build pipeline and open doors into technical buying teams.

This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, starting conversations, and creating opportunities in technical markets. You will play a key role in driving growth by engaging with IT, security, infrastructure, and identity leaders across our target industries.

This is a fast-paced, greenfield environment with strong exposure to enterprise sales. You will work closely with Account Executives and the broader go-to-market team to help shape how we build pipeline and scale outbound efforts.

Location

  • Hybrid role based in Sunnyvale, CA
  • Expected in the office 2 days per week
  • Candidates should be based in the Bay Area

What You’ll Do

  • Prospect into target accounts across healthcare, manufacturing, retail, logistics, and other frontline industries
  • Run outbound outreach campaigns across phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify and book meetings with IT, security, identity, and infrastructure leaders
  • Manage inbound leads and convert them into qualified pipeline opportunities
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to create and progress new opportunities
  • Support trade shows, field events, and pipeline generation initiatives throughout the year
  • Help refine messaging, targeting, and outbound strategy as we scale the team

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales role
  • Strong interest in prospecting, pipeline generation, and enterprise sales
  • Ability to work independently and execute with urgency in a fast-moving environment
  • Curious mindset and willingness to learn technical concepts and buyer pain points
  • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity across calls, email, and multichannel campaigns
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  • High ownership mentality with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
